The company
Small businesses deserve big-business capabilities.
Businesses have accumulated dozens of specialised apps, and AI has added another disconnected layer on top. IBANSI exists to make business technology simpler and more coherent.
A five-person or a thirty-person company doesn't need a stripped-down version of a corporate system. It needs something else: something that understands its business in full, because its business fits in one place.
That's why BOSS starts from the company's knowledge, not a feature catalogue. First it understands what you do and how you work; then it builds the website, sales, bookings, payments, email and documents on top of that knowledge.
We work with a limited number of companies at a time and support every rollout closely. We'd rather grow slowly and make sure what we deliver actually gets used.
Our principles
- Technology should understand how the business works and help it operate as a single system.
- We sell outcomes, not architecture: what matters is what stops costing you time.
- Nothing goes out in your company's name that you can't verify.
- One system, not a feature catalogue to compare.
- Start small and expand once trust is earned.
- Say no when a company isn't yet a good fit.
Trust and data
We handle your company's and your customers' information in line with European data protection regulation. Your data is yours, and you can export it.
The AI only accesses what you authorise, shows the source of every answer, and can require human approval before anything reaches a customer. AI spend is visible and capped.
For European buyers, data governance is part of the commercial conversation, not small print at the bottom of the page.
Where it's going
BOSS grows with what we learn from the companies already using it. Every new piece has to follow the same rule: build on knowledge that already exists and remove manual work, not add to it.
