How it works
From a guided conversation to a business that runs as one system.
There are no endless forms to fill in and nothing to migrate by hand. BOSS learns from what already exists, and you confirm what matters.
Getting started, step by step
This is the path every business follows when it comes on board. We do it with you, not by handing you an empty tool.
1. Understand
We look at how the business operates, what it sells, how it gets customers and where time or money is being lost.
2. Build the Company Dossier
BOSS reads your website and the documents you share, and builds structured knowledge. You review it and correct anything that isn't accurate.
3. Configure
We switch on the capabilities that solve the highest-value problems. Nothing gets turned on just for the sake of it.
4. Connect
We import data and connect your domain, communications, payments and the relevant workflows.
5. Launch
The website and internal processes go live, with the level of autonomy you've chosen.
6. Improve
With real operations running, we automate more and extend the system wherever it pays off.
Four levels of delegation
Trust is earned. You can move up or down a level whenever you want, and have different levels for different things.
Observe
BOSS watches what comes in and organises it. It doesn't act on its own.
Suggest
It prepares the reply or the proposal and leaves it ready for you to review.
Approve and send
You give the go-ahead with one click and BOSS handles the sending and follow-up.
Rules
In the cases you define, it acts on its own. Everything else still goes through you.
What we need from you
Not much, but it has to be real:
- A conversation with whoever makes the decisions.
- Access to what you already have: website, quotes, documents, email.
- An honest review of the dossier once it's ready.
- A genuine willingness to delegate repetitive work.
How long does it take?
It depends on the capabilities you activate, the migration and the customisation involved. We don't give a fixed timeline before knowing your case: we define the scope and the implementation path before you commit to anything.
Shall we look at it with your business?
If this sounds like you, the next step is a discovery session about your real business.
